1875 (12 February) envelope franked 1d red Plate 131 CI tied Welwyn numerals to superb hand painted envelope to a Miss Still. appropriately a Statue with pictures on the wall. one framing the queen. used to Bath with fine duplex. Delightful and quite early example – a Valentine ? Top flap removed and faint bend in no way detracting.
